Guardians,
On 6 January we celebrated the birth of our Maritime Enforcement Specialist rating by presenting rating badges to personnel form each pay grade from E-4 to E-9. The creation of this rating is the culmination of years of efforts and hard work by many people. My personal thanks to all of the Guardians who helped make this happen.
